Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event you change your mind for any reason, you may return it for a store credit or a full refund (less the shipping charges) within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the original purchase.

Simply visit our website and initiate the returns process or send us a mail at support@strikerslifestyle.com. 

Conditions for the returns are as follows:

• All return items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, from a smoke-free and chemical-free environment, in their original packaging with original tags.
• Return must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the original cost of the product. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• This returns and exchange policy applies to orders placed directly on our website: www.strikerslifestyle.com. If you purchased the product from third parties or other retailers, we request you to contact the relevant retailer/third party, from where you purchased the product for processing the refund. 
• If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, all refunds will be credited back to the same account. 
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.
